Set up your dealership

Everything you fill in here goes straight into your dashboard's settings — company details, banking on your invoices, and the departments you run. About ten minutes.

Your dealership

Appears on your invoices, documents and SAPS register.

Printed in the fine print of your invoices as "[legal name] trading as [trading name]". Leave blank if it is the same.
Where Pinnacle PA sends its invoices.

Dealer principal

The person who receives the dashboard login and assigns staff roles.

You log in with this email once your dashboard is approved.
At least 8 characters. This is the password you log in with once Pinnacle approves your dashboard — keep it safe.

Your departments

Tick what you run. This decides which screens appear in your dashboard. For each one, tell us roughly how many people will use it.

Invoicing & banking

Printed on every tax invoice your dashboard generates.

e.g. RM gives RM-001, RM-002.

Payroll references

Only needed if you will run payroll from the dashboard.

Branding & stock

Helps us size your dashboard and get your stock in on day one.

PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP. Up to 15 MB. Goes on your invoices and documents.
Your current stock list
Send us any stock list you already have — Excel, CSV or PDF, even a printout of your SAPS register. The columns we use: year, make, model, VIN, engine number, registration, mileage, colour. Do not include cost prices.

Confirm & accept

This replaces a wet signature. Your name, dealership and the time are recorded with your submission.

Nothing is built automatically. Pinnacle PA reviews every submission first.
